2012-13 BUSSING & PICKUP / DROP OFF PROCEDURES

PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION FOR 2013 - 2014
Registration for Otsego Elementary Preschool will be held February 25 through March 8 from 8 am to 4 pm. (Also an evening registration will be held in the Elementary School Commons on March 4th from 6 to 8 pm.) You will need the following to register your child: Certified Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Immunization records, and custody papers (if applicable). At that time you will be given a packet to fill out and return.  Preschool classes fill up fast! 

Please return your completed packet by May 3, 2013 along with your deposit, to hold your slot for your child.  For additional information please contact the elementary school at 419-823-4381. You will need the following to register your child: Certified Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Immunization records, proof of residency and custody papers (if applicable).

The Otsego Preschool Program has three divisions: Self-supported, Public Preschool, and Special Needs Preschool. It is aligned with Otsego's curriculum which supports the Ohio Department of Education's guidelines and academic standards.

PLEASE NOTE: Preschool Supplies are provided as part of enrollment.

The Preschool Program is located at the new Otsego Elementary School and employs only certified teachers, while maintaining a low student to teacher ratio. It includes all of the benefits of being in an elementary school, such as special area instruction, school lunches, field trips, assemblies, PTO-sponsored programs, Student Council sponsored programs and much more.

Registration and tuition information for typically developing children may be obtained at either school office or by viewing/printing the forms below.
